Description

Instructions for use:
(1) Before use:
Shake the liquid resin before use; clean the resin tank and moulding platform to maintain the light transmission of the resin tank bottom.
(2) During use:
Unscrew the cap and add it to the resin tank according to the equipment requirements. Select the correct print settings and parameters for printing.
(3) After use:
After printing, please use the appropriate tools for post-processing, including a blade, diagonal pliers, tweezers, containers, gloves; cleaning solution based on ethanol (≥95%), lactate or isopropyl alcohol;
(4) Post-processing steps:
Remove the printed model from the moulding platform with a blade; immerse the model in the cleaning solution, rinse or wash with ultrasound, then remove and drain; ANYCUBlC Wash and Cure machines are recommended to ensure better results.
(5) Wastewater post-treatment:
A. Do not discharge waste water directly into drains to avoid contaminating groundwater.
B. Heat the waste water, allow most of the water to evaporate, then dispose of the residue after hardening using a hardening machine and sunlight.
Precautions
1. The ideal condition for storing uncured resin is a cool, dark place at room temperature and away from light to avoid high temperatures or sunlight.
2. The suggested operating temperature is 18 to 35℃, and low temperatures may affect the printing effect. Therefore, the resin can be preheated properly before use (no higher than 60℃).
3. If the resin pigment settles, it can be used after stirring or shaking.
4. To ensure the performance of the resin, please remove the model in good time after cleaning to prevent it from soaking in water for a long period of time.
5. To ensure the mechanical properties of the model, please perform post-curing in a timely manner after cleaning and drying.
6. To ensure optimal performance of the curable material, it is necessary to control the intensity and duration of the light source after curing. Therefore,
The following steps are recommended:
(1) The intensity of the mercury lamp or LED light source is 5 to 10 mW/m² and the duration does not exceed 1 hour (self-regulating):
(2) La durée d’exposition au soleil (été) est d’environ 1 heure ;
(3) Exposure in close proximity or long-term exposure to strong light sources such as high-pressure, high-power mercury lamps is prohibited.
(4) It is recommended to print in a dark room or cover the printer with a lid during printing, as resin is a photosensitive material.
(5) To prevent yellowing caused by long-term curing of High Clear Resin, please reduce the exposure time by half compared to other resin colours.
(6) Black resin may appear partially transparent on thin walls (<0.5 mm), so that greater thickness allows for better colour effects.
PS: Material properties vary depending on moulding equipment, post-curing method, and testing equipment. For safety information, please refer to the MSDS for this product. If you encounter any problems during use, please do not hesitate to contact us.
