Flexible magnetic tray

Description

Easily peel off your prints with this flexible magnetic tray. Thanks to its tab, you can easily separate the two plates from each other.

The set contains two plates, one plate with adhesive (resistant up to 130 ° C) to stick on the printing tray and a second flexible plate with an adherent coating that will be installed on top (without glue, magnetic).

It can be installed on any heating (or non-heating) tray or a glass plate. Its glue and magnetism have been improved with a resistance to 130 ° C (180 ° C in the short term) against about 80 ° C for other products on the market. Beyond 130 ° C, magnetism will slightly lose its properties.

This magnetic tray is made of PC, making it flame retardant, resistant to wear, oxidation and gives it good dimensional stability.

For a better grip of the printed object on the magnetic tray, you can add an additional hook such as the EZ-Stick without changing its magnetic or flexible properties.

Advice:
Before gluing your magnetic plate, be sure to clean the surface thoroughly. When installing, avoid bubbles.
Do not come butter with the hot nozzle on the magnetic plate.
When removing the printed object, if the tray is too hot, it may damage your object, if the tray is too cold, the grip will be strong. The ideal temperature for the removal of the object is about 30 ° C to 40 ° C.
