Description
BioTEC-R purefil filament is made from 100% recycled material. In addition, recycling coils are used. In practical terms, this means that used coils are refilled with new material. The appearance of the reel may differ from the image. Environmentally friendly, as it is made from recycled materials. This product is made in Switzerland. Easy to print.
This filament has been specially developed for industrial applications.
Material :
The bioTEC material has been specially developed for high performance applications. After heat treatment at 80°C/2h, the material has a heat resistance of up to 110°C. In addition, this process increases the hardness of the material.
Despite the positive thermal and mechanical properties, it is a very easy material to print. A hot plate is not absolutely necessary and odour emissions are very low.
BioTEC is made from 100% renewable raw materials such as sugar beet and sugar cane. The material is therefore 100 per cent biofilament according to ISO EN 16785-1
under certificate number DIC-00001. BioTEC polymers comply with EN-13432-
Defect. The raw material of the bioTEC filament was supplied by Vinçotte (OK Compost S478) and
by European Bioplastics 7W2030 for compostability up to 1.0 mm thickness
Approved. This filament meets the compositional requirements of the
European Regulation No. 10/2011 on plastics for food contact.
