Description

Instructions for use
(1) Before use:
Shake the liquid resin before use;
Clean the resin reservoir and the moulding platform to keep the bottom of the resin reservoir in light transmission.
(2) When using:
Unscrew the cap and add to the resin tank according to equipment requirements ;
Select the correct printing parameters and settings.
(3) After use:
After printing, please use the appropriate tools for post-processing, including blade, diagonal pliers, tweezers, containers, gloves; ethanol (≥95%), lactate or isopropyl alcohol cleaning solution ;
(4) Post-treatment steps:
A. Remove the printed model from the moulding platform using a blade ;
B. Immerse the model in the cleaning solution, rinse or ultrasonically wash it, then remove and drain it; ANYCUBlC Wash and Cure machines are recommended for best results.
C. Appropriate treatment, such as removing the backing, polishing, staining, etc.

Precautions
The ideal conditions for storing uncured resin are in a cool, dark place, at room temperature and away from light, avoiding high temperatures or direct sunlight.
The suggested temperature for use is 18 to 35°C. Too low a temperature can affect the printing effect, so the resin should be properly preheated before use (no higher than 60°C).
If the resin pigment settles, it can be used after stirring or shaking.
To guarantee the resin’s performance, please remove the model in good time after cleaning to avoid soaking it in water for a long time.
To guarantee the mechanical properties of the model, please carry out a post-firing after cleaning and drying.
To ensure ideal performance of the curable material, it is necessary to control the intensity and duration of the light source after curing:
(1) The intensity of the mercury lamp or LeD light source is 5 to 10 mW/m? and the duration does not exceed one hour (self-regulation);
(2) The exposure time to the sun (summer) is approximately 1 hour;
(3) Proximity or prolonged exposure to intense light sources, such as high-pressure mercury lamps, is prohibited.
(4) It is recommended to print in a dark room or to be covered by a lid during printing, as resin is a photosensitive material.
