Description
The use of high-quality raw materials results in a 3D printer filament that is particularly easy to work with. Thanks to a state-of-the-art manufacturing process, manufacturing tolerances are very low, resulting in impressive printing results with all FDM 3D printers. Each spool is sealed in a high-quality bag.
– Made in Switzerland
– Low diameter and roundness tolerances
– Easy to print
PA6 is the most commonly used polyamide. PA6 GF10 is a partially crystalline plastic, which is additionally enriched with 10% glass fibres. PA6 has very high moisture absorption, which also influences its properties. PA6 GF10 filament must therefore be stored in airtight packaging and, if possible, pre-dried before 3D printing using a suitable filament dryer. To quickly achieve the final properties of the printed part, the printed object can be placed in a water bath. This accelerates water absorption, which otherwise takes between 4 and 6 weeks depending on the humidity of the air. Moisture absorption significantly increases elongation at break and impact resistance. Purefil PA6 GF10 has a heat deflection temperature of up to 210°C and is therefore particularly suitable for high-temperature applications. Despite this high heat resistance, the printing temperature is only 240-280°C and can therefore be used with standard products.
