Description
The Keyestudio 3D MKS Gen V1.4 motherboard combines and enhances the RAMPS 1.4 and Arduino Mega 2560 on a single board. The Keyestudio 3D MKS Gen V1.4 motherboard is the perfect solution for controlling your custom 3D printer. Features
- Integrates the 2560 and Ramps 1.4 cards into a single board, to solve the problems of complicated interfaces and broken Ramps 1.4 combinations.
- Replaceable motor driver, compatible with 4988 and 8825 drivers.
- The printed circuit board uses a high-quality 4-layer board and takes special care of thermal optimisation; the ramps are 2-layer boards.
- Utilisation d’un tube MOSFET de haute qualité, avec une meilleure dissipation de la chaleur.
- Use of a high-quality MOSFET tube, with improved heat dissipation.use of a dedicated power supply chip to support the 12V-24V supply input, to solve the problem of Ramps voltage being converted into chip heating.
- By accepting a 24V input, the hot bed current can be reduced to 1/4 under the same system power, effectively solving the problem of heating the hot bed MOS tube.
- The firmware can use the Marlin open-source firmware, and its configuration is exactly the same as that of ramps1.4, which can directly replace Ramps1.4.
- Can be connected directly to the Ramps1.4, 2004LCD and 12864LCD control board.
- The motor pulse and direction output port is set aside, making it easy to connect an external high-current motor drive circuit (such as 2A, 5A).
- Reserve the Servos, AUX-1, AUX-2 interfaces on Ramps1.4, providing three 5V output interfaces and three 12V output interfaces.
- This card is an update of the MKS Gen V1.2 card, improving the performance of power protection and the stability of USB communication.
La configuration d’un firmware en fonction de la carte mère et de la machine, le “flashing” d’une carte mère ainsi que son installation sont des manipulations que nous ne recommandons qu’à des utilisateurs confirmés ou après s’être BIEN documentés.
